About Institute for American Universities: The Institute for American Universities (IAU) was founded in 1957 under l’Université d’Aix-Marseille. The IAU is one of the oldest and largest study abroad programs in Europe. The Aix Center, allows students to suplement their French courses with electives in English. The Marchutz school is also taught in English and has studio art and art history courses available to students. About University Paul Cézanne - Aix-Marseille III: The University Paul Cézanne - Aix-Marseille III is one of France's oldest and most respected academic institutions. Abroadco students attend classes at the University's Institut d'Etudes Françaises pour Etudiants Etrangers (IEFEE), only a few minutes from Aix's famed Cours Mirabeau.
