Full Description

The class focuses on teaching students about everyday French culture.  Students will do reports on the different themes discussed in class.  The class will delve into the following areas:

• Rules of courtesy in society, at home and at work
• Meals:  importance of mealtimes, holidays, culinary arts, invitations, dishes/drinks
• Raising children, including education and family relationships
• Regional cultures, including holidays, folklore, climate, and geography
