Full Description

An historical survey that traces technical photographic developments and their influence on artistic, social, and commercial use. The first half semester covers the beginnings of photography up to the 1940s, the second half extends from the dynamic post WWII era to the current digital innovations. It is recommended that you bring your camera, preferably digital.
