Living with a host family is the best way to fully immerse yourself into the French culture and language. By living, eating, and socializing with your host family, you will dramatically improve your language skills and learn much about the French culture to complement your classroom studies. You also will receive breakfast and dinner in the home, five days a week, as well as a fully-furnished room, laundry service, and use of the telephone for incoming calls. You can request a single or double room, and most students are placed into a single.

Apartment

Apartments allow you greater independence and a chance to experience French student life. You will have a fully furnished room as well as a shared bathroom. Most students are placed in a double room with another Abroadco student.

The apartments have fully equipped kitchens, with a stove, refrigerator, and cupboards. Students may cook for themselves or eat at the many cafés and bistros around the city. Many students choose to return home to cook meals together; it is an enjoyable way to get to know each other, talk about the experience, and meet new people.
