The Spanish Language, Business, and Liberal Arts program is geared towards students wanting to spend a semester or academic year in Barcelona taking Spanish language with electives in English or Spanish.

Students take a Spanish language course in addition to electives for a total of 4 to 5 courses.  Each course is 45 contact hours, or 15 semester credits.

Each semester, students take 15 semester credits:

• 1 Spanish Language (45-90 contact hours/3-6 semester credits)
  
• 3 or 4 Electives in English (each elective is 45 contact hours/3 semester credits)

Elective courses are offered in business, economics, international business, finance, marketing, art history, Spanish culture, city planning, architecture, education, Catalan language, and political science.
