Students participating in the Liberal Arts track have a wide variety of courses to choose from. All students are required to take a 4-credit Italian language class during the semester. In addition to Italian language, students enroll in an additional three to four classes, for a total of 13-16 credits. Summer students take one to two classes for a total of 3-7 credits.

Semester electives are offered in anthropology, architecture, art and art history, history and political science, international business, Italian language, literature, humanities, and psychology. During the summer, students can take courses in art and art history, Italian language, and humanities.
