As part of the program fee, all Abroadco participants will be enrolled in the Abroadco “HealthSelect Overseas Platinum” Blanket Student Accident and Sickness Insurance, administered by HTH Worldwide and underwritten by UniCare Life & Health Insurance Company. You will be provided with coverage confirmation materials upon your acceptance in an Abroadco program.

Plan Highlights

The Abroadco insurance plan has no pre-existing condition clause, no deductible and covers all reasonable expenses:

Insurance Extension

The Abroadco Insurance plan covers a student for the duration of their program from their start date to the program end date. There will be an additional charge for insurance extending beyond the program dates if a student plans to travel before or after the program and requires health insurance. The fees are nominal and it highly recommended that students take the responsibility to contact our office to extend their health insurance to include any additional days of coverage before or after the program dates.
