OBJECTIVES
To study and analyse the form and expression of audiovisual messages. To learn the news genres of audiovisual communication.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
Characteristics and theoretical aspects of audiovisual communication. Forms of expression in audiovisual media. The news content of audiovisual media, especially radio and television.

METHODOLOGY
Explanation of the subject matter, using examples and exercises to illustrate what is taught, so as to achieve a true understanding of the subject and stimulate the student’s participation.

EVALUATION
The grade is based on the final exam, various practical activities (readings, exercises) and class attendance and participation. The grade of the final exam
carries the most weight (80%).
