OBJECTIVES

 

To understand the techniques and concepts of cell culture, of special interest and applicability in biotechnology.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Cell culture of animal and vegetable tissues, mediums and conditions. Cell lines and their identification. Conditions and techniques of freezing and maintaining cell cultures. Quantification and contaminants.
