OBJECTIVES
For students to understand the accounting problems and legal issues involved in the funding of mercantile companies, as well as of the limited liability companies.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
The course studies the process of registering the financial constitution of companies, and their dissolution process, depending on the nature of the company.
