Full Description

OBJECTIVES

 

For students to solidify the knowledge and procedures learned in previous courses, and be able to understand and use mathematical tools to comprehend processes and data, both theoretical and experimental, learn to interpret them and eventually analyze and design procedures of their own.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The course will study and analyze problems of linear algebra, differential and integral calculus, statistics and numerical methods.

 BIBLIOGRAPHY

 METHODOLOGY

A general outline of the subject matter is developed, providing supporting bibliography. The course presents adequate forms of analyzing mathematical processes, starting with the main principles.

EVALUATION

Ongoing assessment. Students will be evaluated periodically (accounting for 50% of the final grade). The final exam will make up the remaining 50%.
