OBJECTIVES
To understand the concepts of human and clinical genetics and to identify its applications, especially on human pathologies with a genetic basis. To formulate a future appraisal based on the knowledge and tools that the Human Genome Project has provided.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
To learn how to handle the various sources of information, new technologies, and the telematic networks for a better understanding and appraisal of certain aspects of genetics. To understand clinical cytogenetics and new molecular cytogenetic techniques.

EVALUATION
The exam will include short questions related to theory and practice. Voluntary paper that will give the student an additional point over the final grade.
