OBJECTIVES
To understand the conceptual, procedural and attitudinal content for the field of knowledge of natural, social and cultural environment.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Consideration of the teaching of science. The area of knowledge of the environment in primary and infant education. Applying teaching to the classroom.

METHODOLOGY
Presentation classes. Discussions, individual and group analysis of lectures and research on educational programs and practice. Students will undertake teaching practice and put into practice what they have learnt in class. Designing, undertaking and developing teaching units and experimental activities on the basic content of knowledge of the environment.
EVALUATION
Continuous assessment. Monitoring and evaluating the students´ teaching/learning process through active participation in class (20%); teaching practice, research, workshops and development of experimental activities (30%); mid-term and final exams (50%). Final evaluation. It will be necessary to pass each part and the average will be the final grade.
