OBJECTIVES
To study the mediums of print and electronic journalism and their role in the media.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
To study the techniques and processes of materialisation of information in various forms of written and electronic communication.

METHODOLOGY
During the course various newspapers in print and electronic format will be analysed. Exercises in the construction of frames and typographic calculations will be carried out as a complementary activity to practical and effective page production. Audiovisual media will be used to enhance the student’s learning process and increase in class participation.

EVALUATION
Participation and attendance is 20% of final grade. Exam is 80%.
