OBJECTIVES
To demonstrate clearly and concisely this new specialization of journalism which has acquired special relevance thanks to new technologies. To explain the usefulness of the new communication networks for carrying out a new journalism based on facts, statistics, studies that give the public increased understanding of
events.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
The new techniques of using digital mediums have initiated a type of journalism based on facts, statistics and conclusions that are an essential element of investigative journalism. This step forward can be explained by the use of information sources, access to digital communication systems and forming conclusions after analyzing and using the information available.

METHODOLOGY
Both theory and practice combined.

Continuous and final evaluation.
