OBJECTIVES

To understand the basic concepts and different stages of psychomotor development throughout the human being’s cycle of existence. To learn about the process of motor learning and the variables that influence it.

 

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Psychomotor development. General theories of psychomotor activities. Explanatory models. Motor learning.

METHODOLOGY

The course content will be split into topics and will be delivered through theoretical and practical classes. Maximum participation will be expected from the students through commentaries, questions, discussions, etc. This will all be supported by audiovisual aids.

EVALUATION

Continuous assessment. Evaluation of the different activities proposed in classes. Final exam.
