Study Abroad in Madrid, Spain - About the UniversityAbout Francisco de Vitoria UniversityThe Francisco de Vitoria University, a fully accredited university established in 1992, is an innovative, flexible institution, with a goal of offering students a well-rounded education by fostering academic excellence, raising social awareness, promoting an international environment that encourages multicultural diversity, and providing a personalized approach to studying. The student body of approximately 3,000 students includes 300 international students from 38 countries. Every student studies English and is required to complete an internship and a service-learning assignment. Study abroad students are encouraged to participate in internships and service-learning assignments as well during their time at the University. Francisco de Vitoria University is located in the suburb of Pozuelo de Alarcón, which is located northeast of the city center and is only six miles from the center of the city.
