AIMS AND CONTENT
This lecture deals with the fundamental issues related to investment and pricing decisions under risk. The topics covered are: Interest rate risk and duration analysis, portfolio selection theory, arbitrage and investment theory under risk, Capital Asset Pricing Model, introduction to option pricing theory, introduction to corporate finance (identification and management of risk).

TARGET SKILLS
Students are equipped with an overview over important investment and pricing decisions under risk. They should master the fundamentals of portfolio and hedging decisions under risk and should be able to evaluate the effects of risk on prices of investment projects.

Held in German, with tutorials in English.
