Full Description

Devoted to the theory and practice of writing for the screen. Analyzes selected screenplays, such as Robert Towne's Chinatown, Jane Campion's The Piano, and Quentin Tarantino's Pulp Fiction, in terms of structure, conflict, and dialogue, and then concentrates on students' own screenplays, with one or two individual scenes.
