• France and other cultural areas
  
  • Relations and exchanges: the Russian world; the Anglo-Saxon world, the Latin-European world, the Japanese world
    
  • In the more lasting domains: intellectual, political-historical, artistic, literary, gastronomic
    
• Cosmopolitan Paris
  
  • The "others" and Paris: what are they? Where are they? How do they live? How were they found? How have they integrated? How are they guarding their culture?
    
  • Paris the "others": their libraries, their shows, their stores, their restaurants, their religious and cultural locations, their artistic productions in the expositions and Parisian museums
    

France and the regions

• Study the multi-disciplinary: The landscape, traditions (literature, cooking, clothing), architecture, economy, tourism, culture, modernization and the role in the metropolis
  
• About specific regions: Auvergne, Brittany, Alsace, Alpes, North Picardy

• La France et les autres aires culturelles :
  
  • Relations et échanges avec : le monde russe ; le monde anglo-saxon ; le monde latino-éuropéen ; le monde nippon
    
  • Dans les domaines les plus marquants : intellectuels, politico-historiques, artistiques, littéraires, gastronomiques...
    
• Paris-cosmopole :
  
  • Les « autres » et Paris : qui sont-ils ? où sont-ils ? comment vivent-ils ? que sont-ils venus trouver ? se sont-ils intégrés ? que gardent-ils de leur culture ?...
    
  • Paris et les « autres » : leurs librairies, leurs spectacles, leurs magasins, et leurs restaurants, leurs lieux culturels et religieux, leur production artistique dans les expositions et les musée parisiens...
    

La France des régions

• Etude pluri-disciplinaire : Constitution du paysage, traditions (littéraires, culinaires, vestimentaires...), architecture typique et monumentale, économie régionale et touristique, spécificités culturelles, modernisation et rôle dans la métropole...
  
• A propos de quelques régions : Auvergne, Bretagne, Alsace, Alpes, Nord-Picardie...

Rédaction par l'ensemble des étudiants d'un magazine lié au cours et aux visites : article, entretien croisé, billet d'humeur...
