Courses

French Immersion Program

Participants benefit from dynamic, innovative methods of language teaching including audio and video materials and real-life situations. Numerous cultural outings (to museums, exhibits, theater, cinema, etc.) and creative assignments and projects encouraging students to explore Paris, contribute to a complete immersion experience in French life, language, and culture. Upon completion of the program, students will be issued an official AUP university transcript that will reflect 5 credit hours of coursework.

To ensure that participants are placed in the appropriate class level, all students take a placement test on the second day of Orientation.

Languages courses are taught Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Pronunciation and conversation courses take place Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 2:00 pm. - 3:30 p.m.
