Your transcript is the key to your transfer credit process. It lists the classes that you completed and the grades that you received. Your host institution will issue your official transcript after you complete your program. It generally takes several weeks, sometimes up to 3 months, for these transcripts to be issued.

Because universities generally won’t allow you to deliver the transcript yourself, most students request that Abroadco forward the official transcript to their home institution, and that an unofficial copy be sent to the student for record-keeping purposes. Students not seeking transfer credit can ask that the official transcript be sent directly to them, or that Abroadco keep the transcript on file.

With the official transcript, we will also include an explanation of the transcript that often helps the transfer credit process. Based on availability, we will also include any course descriptions and syllabi, an unofficial translation, and a grade conversion table.
