Full Description

 

OBJECTIVES
-Comprehension:
Understanding recordings according to social, professional or academic life
Following the most important part of a lecture, a speech, a report, and other kind of elaborated presentations from its content and shape.

-Expression:
Communicating with a degree of confidence and spontaneity which makes possible the regular interaction with native speakers.
Shading the expression of thoughts and one's own feelings
Building a clear and convincing argumentation in a debate
Making a 15-minute presentation on a prepared topic, but without any notes

ACTIVITIES
-Presentations
-Taking notes and rephrasing
-Debates
-Listening to the news on the radio
-Oral synthesis of a press article

TEACHING ASSESSMENT
-2 oral comprehension tests
-1 presentation + class participation
