Full Description

This course provides the student with the basic understanding of small business management and the activities required for the planning and creation of new enterprises. Entrepreneurial spirit, opportunity identification, new venture selection, ownership options, legal and tax issues will be discussed. Students apply concepts by developing a business plan. Special attention is given to entrepreneurship in an international setting.
